computer history museum

On Sunday I visited the Computer History Museum. It was lots of fun, very interesting and it made me appreciate just how lucky we are today! I saw computers that were as big as four story buildings, entire rooms, right down to the size of the iPhone. However, perhaps the most interesting for me, was seeing the differential analysers. A huge mess of metals, shafts and rotating parts, all to solve relatively simple differential equations! I am so thankful that I do not have to solve problems using these machines anymore, and can easily just pop the question into the calculator or in to google! And, on the walk home I bypassed Microsoft and logged in to Google’s wifi! Hope you all had a lovely Sunday.
